About Me
I am a psychotherapist with 15 years of experience in the NHS, private and voluntary sector. I believe we can all benefit from therapy by allowing space for ourselves for compassion, reflection and understanding. Clients can seek therapy for depression, anxiety or other conditions. At times, they may want therapy because they long for deeper meaning in their lives or want a greater sense of peace.
When a client comes to see me, I seek to provide a space whereby you will feel safe and understood so they can express whatever they are feeling or thinking in an environment of acceptance. My role as a therapist is to make sense of your experiences and relational patterns.
Currently I am also working with the NHS as a Senior Psychotherapist, predominately working with people who have experienced multiple traumas. I also faciliatate reflective practice for teams and offer trauma informed training. I have worked with individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds and age groups.
